The hard work and dedication of station adopters has been recognised by West Midlands Trains, on a day out on the Severn Valley Railway. On Thursday 28 June, 85 volunteers enjoyed a return journey from Kidderminster to Bridgnorth as thank you for their efforts in brightening up stations across the rail network.

Local Mayor visits Bedworth station to support the work of station adopters

Mayor of Nuneaton and Bedworth, Chris Watkins and Lady Mayoress, Collette Watkins have visited Bedworth station to meet local volunteers who work to improve the experience for rail passengers. Station adopter Stuart Anderson and his team gave a tour of the station to show off their work and share their plans for the future.
