London Northwestern Railway: More than 1,100 passengers issued penalty fares in first month since charge increased

Rail passengers are being reminded not to try and dodge their fare after London Northwestern Railway (LNR) revealed a total of 1,198 people have been handed a Penalty Fare in the first month since the penalty charge increased.
